ESG Consultant and Climate Risk Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development of sustainable finance certification services, ESG consulting and reporting services, and climate and environmental risk stress testing methodologies.
  2. Conduct in-depth research on relevant topics and compile industry research reports.
  3. Analyze domestic and international green finance markets, interpret green finance and environmental policies, and evaluate cutting-edge technologies in environmental protection and green industries.
  4. Provide technical support for the company's green finance innovation initiatives, ESG services, and integrated management platform for green finance, along with market support and brand promotion efforts.
  5. Complete additional tasks assigned by leadership.

 

Job Requirements:

  1. Master's degree or higher from reputable universities in relevant fields such as statistics, mathematics, finance, energy, climate, or environmental studies.
  2. Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills; clear and organized thinking, with a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies and innovative solutions.
  3. Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
  4. No specific work experience required; preference given to candidates with experience in drafting ESG reports or CSR reports, or providing consulting services. Experience in climate and environmental risk stress testing projects at large financial institutions, as well as in credit risk or market risk stress testing projects, is highly valued. Candidates with experience in financial institutions such as brokerages, funds, or banks are preferred.
